Building Community. Developing Leaders.
Chess A2Z is built by the community.
Whether you are a parent who would like to support local tournaments, a community member passionate about education, or a middle or high school student eager to give back, we welcome your involvement.
We are always seeking volunteers to assist with:
· Tournament logistics and check-in
· Event setup and floor assistance
· Photography and media coverage
· Player support and assistance
Student Leadership Pathway
For middle and high school students who are passionate about mentoring younger players, Chess A2Z provides guidance and training on how to work effectively and positively with children in both tournament and classroom settings.
Through volunteering, students develop:
· Leadership and communication skills
· Responsibility and professionalism
· Experience in youth mentorship and community service
Volunteer hours can be documented upon request for school or community service requirements.
