With a national master among the participants, the Chess A2Z PCC Open Series in October 2026 was especially tough! Players often found themselves facing much higher-rated opponents, or lower-rated players whose ratings didn’t reflect their true strength. There were plenty of challenging games and surprising results throughout the day.
